Rcsm2_010508Tucked away in the row of small shops next door to the Dublin House Pub in Red Bank is one of two new boutiques featured in this edition of Retail Churn: a specialty paint store called Paint Passion.

The other, located just across Monmouth Street from the pub, combines two businesses in one: vintage clothing and hot yoga.

SEA BRIGHT: POSTCARD READY TO BE SIGNED

On Tuesday, he’s planning to sign the work and host visitors from Benjamin Moore Paints, which supplied the paint both for the mural and the downtown makeover that it caps off.

SEA BRIGHT: PAINT JOB TO END WITH BLAST

sb paint 1 051314 sb paint 2 051314Sea Bright’s business district is getting a free paint job this week, courtesy of Benjamin Moore, and the town plans to celebrate with a party this Saturday.

The free event, hosted by the paint manufacturer, is slated for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in a parking lot near the Hurricane Sandy-destroyed former post office, and will feature food from borough restaurants, a DJ, a scavenger hunt and the creation of a mural.   (Photos by John T.
