Downtown Red Bank will be the scene of its first open-air fashion show in recent memory next month.
The aim of the event is to “showcase that retail is very much alive in our amazing little city,” said Angela Courtney, owner of the Sweetest Sin lingerie shop on White Street.
Dubbed “Red Bank Blooms” and organized by the Red Bank Business Alliance, the April 20 soirée begins at 6 p.m. with skyline views of the downtown and decor by event planner For the Love of Details as well as appetizers and cocktails.
The main event, a runway display of women’s clothing and accessories for spring, follows at 7:30, spotlighting fashions from the Bee Boutique, Joel McFadden Designs, Madison Boutique, Physhion, Sorella Bella Boutique and Sweetest Sin. Also participating: L Studio hair salon and boudoir photographers Life As Fine Art Studio.
Event sponsors include Ascendancy Wealth Management, Renaissance Pilates, Antoinette Boulangerie, Indulge, L Studio and Sugarush.
