Report of Theft by Deception in the area of Williamsburg Drive on 11/29/16. Victim reports unknown subject(s) attempted to pass fraudulent check. Ptl. Mary Ellen Rumola investigating.

Arrests

Qualek Z. Dotts, male age 20 of Red Bank was arrested on 11/25/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Ptl. Tyler Fox.

Leah M. Adams, female age 25 of Toms River was arrested on 11/27/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Broad Street by Ptl. Matthew Clark.

Jamal Lawrence, male age 24 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 11/29/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Ptl. Daniel DeCristofaro.

Patricia A. Rainey, female age 25 of Neptune was arrested on 12/1/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Ptl. Ryan Cullinane.

Vu H. Pham, male age 34 of Eatontown was arrested on 12/2/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue by Ptl. Angel Marrero.

Meghan E. Bykow, female age 26 of Middletown was arrested on 12/2/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Sgt. Jessica Boyd.

Kelly Avery, female age 46 of West Long Branch was arrested on 12/82/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Sgt. Jessica Boyd.

Ryan V. Primiano, male age 35 of Brick was arrested on 12/2/16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Broad Street by Ptl. Jospeh Barnicle.
