RED BANK: SIX-UNIT APARTMENT HOUSE OK’D
A six-unit, two-story apartment building proposed on the site of a garage at 205 South Pearl Street won approval from the Red Bank zoning board Thursday.
The project will utilize nine parking spaces on the neighboring Arrow Limousine lot under a long-term lease, a deal that enabled property owner Robert Duckworth to meet the 12 spaces needed under the ordinance.
A hearing on a plan to convert two stories of long-vacant office space at 74 Broad Street into five apartments was postponed to November 17. (Photos by John T. Ward. Click to enlarge.)
