Crime and arrest reports, unedited, for the month of July, 2016, as provided by the Little Silver Police Department.
July 2– Walter Lopez, 45, of Paterson, NJ, was arrested following a suspicious person call on Oceanport Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Piscataway Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.
July 4– Dennis Ruppe, 18, of Clifton, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Clifton Municipal Court in the amount of $250.00. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.
July 6– Salvatore DiMauro, 63, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested on Lippincott Ave. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Little Silver Municipal Court in the amount of $5,000.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.
July 7– A commuter from the Little Silver train station reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) urinated and defecated on their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. P.O. Taylor Doremus investigated.
July 8– Michael Monroe, 53, of Lake Como, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Red Bank Municipal Court in the amount of $89.00. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.
July 8– Ashley Barthelus, 23, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Eatontown Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.
July 11– Dawuand Darrien, 22, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Newark Municipal Court in the amount of $2,750.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.
July 12– A resident from North Sunnycrest Dr. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering fraudulent purchases made on her credit card. P.O. Taylor Doremus and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.
July 14– A resident from Prospect Ave. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering fraudulent purchases made on his credit card. P.O. Brian Miller and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.
July 17– Philip Diou, 41, of Little Falls, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on White Rd. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the East Rutherford Municipal Court in the amount of $89.00. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.
July 18– Mario Vitale, Jr., 20, of Morganville, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Old Bridge Municipal Court in the amount of $300.00. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.
July 21– Stacie Quinn, 44, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following an investigation for Witness Tampering. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.
July 22– A victim reported Theft after an unknown subject(s) stole a large quantity of ice cream from an ice cream truck that was parked in the 7-11 convenience store parking lot. P.O. Brian Miller investigated.
July 23– A resident from Breezy Point Rd. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering fraudulent purchases were made on his account. P.O. Brian Miller and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.
July 27– Tandria Richardson, 26, of Englishtown, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Sycamore Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Ocean Township Municipal Court. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.
July 31– Aaron Reeves, 38, of Brick, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Little Silver Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. P.O. Robert Chenoweth made the arrest.
July 31– Craig Widmaier, 57, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Seven Bridges Rd. for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Taylor Doremus made the arrest.
