2/5/16 Robert Boyer arrested Timothy Smith, 41, of Middletown for COC [Contempt of Court]. Mr. Smith was released after posting $391 bail.

2/13/16 S/O Michael Berger arrested a 16 year old juvenile out of Fair Haven for underage possession of alcohol, after patrols responded to the area of Elm Lane for reports of a large party. The juvenile was released to a parent.

2/19/16 S/O Michael Berger arrested a 16 year old juvenile out of Little Silver for Underage possession of alcohol, after patrols responded to the area of Lafayette Street for reports of a large party. The juvenile was released to a parent.

2/28/16 S/O Michael Berger arrested Ryan Brown, 19, of Belford for COC. Mr. Brown was released after posting $164 bail.

3/6/16 S/O Donald Morse arrested Keith Brooks, 28, of Red Bank for Criminal Mischief, after responding to the area of Center Street and Ward Lane for reports of screaming in the roadway. Mr. Brooks was released pending court.

3/6/16 Cody Lovgren arrested Byron Swiss, 46, of Rumson for Simple Assault. Mr. Swiss was released pending a court date.

3/8/16 Grace Maggiulli arrested Miguel Ochoa, 31, of Long Beach NY for Possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Ochoa was released pending a court date.

3/13/16 Bryan Dougherty arrested Jennifer Vandright, 43, of Atlantic Highlands for DUI. Mrs. Vandright was released pending a court date.

3/13/16 Grace Maggiulli arrested Douglas Ruby, 23, of Matawan for DUI. Mr. Ruby was released pending a court date.

3/28/16 Cody Lovgren arrested Nikki Seeman, 23, of Eatontown for COC. Ms. Seeman was released after posting $340 bail.
