SHREWSBURY: TALKING OUTSIDE THE ZONE

The topic is Your Comfort Zone — What Is It, and How Do You Get Out? — and the date is Wednesday, March 30, when the League of Women Voters of Greater Red Bank continues its interactive discussion on race relations in our age.
Scheduled for 7 p.m., the free discussion entitled “Communicating Across the Racial Divide” takes place at the Eastern Branch of the Monmouth County Library in Shrewsbury, with guest speakers including psychologist Alison P. Block, Ph.D, and clinical social worker Laneet A. Rozier, LCSW.
Dr. Block is the Director of the Health Psychology Center in Little Silver, the Director of the Psychosocial Curriculum for the Department of Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center, and clinical instructor in Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine. Ms. Rozier is the former Mental Health Administrator for Ocean County, and a former member of the Monmouth County Mental Health Board. She currently serves as Operating Officer for programs at Preferred Behavioral Health Group with offices in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
