Pop star Bon Jovi is planning to host a fundraiser for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, according to a report by NJ.com.
The report doesn’t give the location of the event, but notes that the pop star and his wife, Dorothea, live in Monmouth County.
Citing the Clinton campaign website, the Associated Press says the Clinton campaign “will disclose the location to those who respond to the invitation.” Tickets are priced from $1,000 for open seating to $2,700 for priority seating, the AP reports.
According to PolitikerNJ, the June 29 event is to take place “in Red Bank.”
The Bongiovi home on the Navesink River in Middletown was the site of a fundraiser for then-candidate Barack Obama in 2008. Two years before that, the couple hosted former Vice President Al Gore.
