Wednesday’s sunset on our beautiful, frozen Navesink River at the North Shrewsbury Ice Boat & Yacht Club in Red Bank, where a cluster of iceboats sat the ready. The Greater Red Bank Green could see up to an inch of snow by early afternoon as temperatures stay below 25 degrees Thursday, the National Weather Service forecasts.
