An umbrella, and snow boots, may come in handy Wednesday afternoon. According to the National Weather Service, there’s a 70-percent chance that rain mixed with snow will begin falling on the greater Red Bank Green after 1 p.m., and  change to just snow by 4 p.m., mucking up the evening commute.
