grove west 101414In Shrewsbury, Metrovation has acquired 508 Broad Street (Route 35), former home of a day spa, for $1.1 million, and is planning an “extension” of its Grove West shopping center, partner Chris Cole tells Churn. No tenants are yet signed.

And next door, in the former home of Love Lane Tuxedos (the white building at right), interior designer Amy Manor has pulled out of a plan to create an interior decorator’s emporium.
