This Thursday evening, May 14, the public is invited to take part in “an honest discussion about the legal, health and personal consequences of alcohol and drug abuse,” during the 11th annual Reaching Out community conference in Middletown.

Presented by the Middletown Municipal Alliance for the Prevention of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, the 7 pm event will be held in the auditorium of the Middletown Arts Center, adjacent to the train station on Church Street.
