IT’S COLD OUT

According to the Weather Channel, the wind-chill factor took it down to 16 degrees below zero shortly before 7 a.m. Tuesday, and it’s not expected to get appreciably warmer throughout the day, with a high around 15 degrees but winds keeping it in the teens – below-zero teens.
