TRAFFIC JAM AT THREE-TOWN JUNCTION

Traffic was slowed to a crawl through the intersection of Newman Springs Road and Shrewsbury Avenue, at the junction of Red Bank, Shrewsbury an Tinton Falls, Thursday morning as crews worked on new traffic signals. Delays were epected to continue through the afternoon. (Click to enlarge)
