READER PHOTO: BOXED OUT

park-it1park_it_021An indignant redbankgreen reader sent us this photo of a Red Bank public works truck parked in a handicapped space at the City Centre Plaza strip mall on Water Street Tuesday.

The truck was there for half an hour, the reader wrote us, while two “healthy guys” moved boxes to a storage facility in the mall’s basement.
