Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-11-09 in the area of Leighton Ave. Owner reported that between 9-9-9 and 9-11-09 unknown person(s) broke a basement window of the residence. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.
Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-12-09 at E. Sunset Ave. Victim reported that parked vehicle had damage done to the drivers side front and rear doors by unknown subject. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.
Criminal Mischief occurring between 9-11-09 and 9-12-09 at the library on W. Front St. Report of unknown subject(s) broke a window located in rear of building. Ptl. Deron Ilarraza.
Robbery occurring at Bridge Ave. and Chestnut St. on 9-12-09. Victim reported that while walking four unknown black males approached him from behind, punched him and knocked him down to the ground. One male subject reached into victims pocket, stealing a wallet which contained cash, then fleeing the area. Also stolen from victim was a Sprint Cellular phone. Inv. Wendy Samis.
Theft occurring on 9-12-09 at John St. Victim reported that his bicycle described as a Rhino brand, 21-speed mountain bike, blue and silver in color was stolen from yard. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.
Burglary occurring on 9-14-09 in the area of Linden Place residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered house and stole a pair of pants containing a wallet with cash and credit cards. Ptl. Beau Broadley.
Theft occurring on 9-14-09 at Locust Ave. residence. Victim reported that unknown suspect(s) stole cash from dresser drawer. Sgt. Michael Furlong.
Robbery occurring on 9-14-09 at Monmouth St. Victim reported that he was assaulted and robbed of cash. Inv. Wendy Samis.
Theft reported on 9-15-09 but occurred on 9-11-09 in residence located in Red Bank. Victim reported that a gold necklace and debit card was stolen. Ptl. Paul Perez.
Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-16-09 in the area of Branch Ave. Victim reported that aluminum fencing had been pulled away, damaging the braces of the fence. Ptl. Nicholas Malletto.
Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-17-09 at Prospect Ave. Report of drivers side mirror being pushed forward and eggs thrown on the door of parked vehicle. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Charles Mayo, age 38 male of Marlboro, NJ was arrested on 9-11-09 in the area of Broad St. for Obstructing Administration of Justice by Lt. Joshua Berbrick.
