PRESS: SOVEREIGN BRANCH ROBBED
The Asbury Park Press says the Sovereign Bank branch at the corner of Broad Street and East Bergen Place was robbed at about noon today.
The suspect, who got away, did not show a gun, but threatened to, the Press says.
